1. GENERAL

- All products are made to order
- Slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur
- Prices may change at any time
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud, errors, or availability
Production & Delivery:
- Production: 7–10 business days
- Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Total: ~14–21 business days
3. VIP MEMBERSHIP
VIP Membership is optional and only activated if you choose to enroll.
Membership Details:
- 7-day free trial
- $34.99/month after trial
- Auto-renews monthly unless canceled
Billing:
- You will not be charged during the trial
- After 7 days, billing begins automatically unless canceled
Benefits:
- Discounted product pricing
- Priority order processing
- Early access to drops
- Priority customer support
Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime via email: support@avengestudio.com
- Must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date
Refunds:
- Membership fees are non-refundable
4. PAYMENT
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge:
- Product cost
- Shipping & taxes
- Membership fees only if you opted into VIP Membership
We may cancel orders for failed or declined payments.
5. SHIPPING
- Ships within the United States
- Tracking is provided once shipped
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
VIP members may receive faster processing.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window:
- 14 days from delivery
Conditions:
- Unused
- Original condition
- No wear or damage
- Original packaging
Notes:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless defective)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact support@avengestudio.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and products are owned by Avenge Studio.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. SITE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the site
- Provide false or misleading information
9. DISCLAIMERS
All products and services are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee exact color accuracy due to screen differences.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 6 months or $100, whichever is greater.
11. DISPUTES
- Governed by Delaware law
- Disputes resolved through arbitration
- No class actions
